I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Chennai Sipcot. The hotel offered a great ambiance and really good service, but I did notice some maintenance issues. My room was spacious with beautiful city views, although the bathroom could use some improvement.

The Superior King Room was comfortable with good sound isolation. I loved the big windows and the amenities like an iron and ironing board. However, the taps and showers weren't maintained well, and I found old stains on the bedspreads.
